  Aodhán Collins: Using Windows. The auto-detect didn't work but after adding the PC manually it worked flawlessly. For anyone else having problem connecting, mouse over the iDisplay icon in the system tray on Windows and it will present your PC IP and the port required by iDisplay to connect. Enter these into the apk manually using the Plus icon. Worked like a charm after that.

  Derek Young: Surprisingly cool I see a lot of older reviews, so wanted to post up here using more latest tool. I download this and within 5 mins I had my desktop extended to my smartphone (4.4.4) and my smartphone (4.4.2) via USB, using Windows 7 Pro, AND I have also inspected it out wirelessly on a home LAN using Windows 8.1. It is a tiny laggy, but here's the true caveats I've found: 1. It doesn't magically create your OS "touch." Your finger becomes a mouse 2. The better your video card, the better the performance. 3. Use it for easy apks that you wish to hold "always on." I use mine for iTunes. Otherwise, the hardest part seems to create sure that USB uses Debugging mode -- you MUST receive the prompt from your device that USB Debugging is turned on, and then be prompted to verify and shop the RSA key from your computer. For Wireless connection, create SURE you've opened your firewall for the apk in BOTH directions. Feature recommendation: Set the resolution of the tablet/phone so that it scales up. With hi-res phones and tablets, you end up with a second screen that's beautiful little until you zoom in.

Thinking idiots couldn't figure out that if you turn your smartphone off it disconnects client on smartphone but not desktop. So all you need to do to fix this because desktop is still thinking its streaming is right click the task bar icon and disconnect!

  Ben Rogers: This is INCREDIBLE! Works perfectly! Installed on my Windows XP Pro machine and my Nexus 7 smartphone. Should not be MORE IMPRESSED! To slash down the lag, all I required to do was disconnect the connection between the devices and set the display compression to "Normal". This is one of the most good apks for Android device! With this Normal setting, iDisplay only uses about 14% of my computer CPU. I'm going to tell everyone about this apk!

  Bradley Hunt: Works very well Apk works good! The only trouble I have met is that it didnt connect automatically over wireless connection but all you have to do is enter in manually which is super simple. I have only noticed the ever so slightest lag when watching videos but it is by no mean unbearable and dropping the resolution fixes it complete if it does bug you! I happily use it to watch films and the sort while I am using my computer so its good! Thanks you
