  Sulaim JJG: IHG apk is really helpful. Being a frequent guest in IHG hotels i have come across a crowne plaza hotel in China over charged me . I found it later on after couple of stays . It is method higher than the price I booked through the apk. The guy on front desk said that's their hotel rule they charge the rate what is at the time of check in .. I expressed my disappointment and I was about to call IHG hotline in Shanghai .. finally he had created some calls I assume his manager or someone above him .. finally agreed to the rate I booked through the apk. It happened in Crowne Plaza Nanjing. IHG could avoid their hotels doing such things so that reputation will continue to be a awesome one !!
