  Val Borkowski: Very tricky. You have to enter the name exactly as it was entered the day of the try. Mine was in all caps. Hope this helps for others. It could be more clear.

  Nad Senjo: Very tricky indeed. I was advised to enter the passport ID in all lowercase (no hyphens) but ultimately ended up calling. They were helpful, and we did end up getting registered, but not without some problem. My question now is: will it be like this if I actually have to use the apk?

  Lance Anderson: Not a method to see and track results yourself. Even the survey results go into the ether and are not created accessible to the player. If you are having problem getting the id accepted check for and delete all trailing places on your name

  Mary Beth Ozete: So it is almost a year later and this apk still doesn't work. Now I have other years code which it won't agree either! Like others said- won't agree my son's passport id even after repeated attempts. Wished it would work so I should access his code if required. Ridiculous!!!!

  Mary Cook: Too awful Good concept, awful execution. Can't add my son's Passport ID -- the ID field is covered when the keyboard is activated and you can't scroll it up to see what you're doing. Then you think you''ve got it all in and receive an error notice. None of the identifier data is saved so you have to begin all over and then it still doesn't work. I was hoping there was a site on which I should enter the data from my laptop but can't search one.
