  A Google user: This is a good apk. It does what it is supposed to do. It allows implementing a workout routine consisting of a series of various exercises and rounds can be nested up to two deep. The audio sounds can be customized using the ring tones accessible on the smartphone. The programming interface is simple enough to use if you read the assist file first. The flexibility to set up almost any routine is unbelievable. Following are a few recommendations for improvements: In general, most of the “Settings” are of no use to me because they are global. The ability to apply some of these to individual steps in a “preset” would be most helpful. The basic challenge I found in making the apk work for me was in keeping track of where I am in the routine without looking at the smartphone. Once I begin, I really don’t wish to have to look at or touch the timer once more until the whole series of exercises is completed. The first thing that would assist is a few more timer types in the advanced mode, e.g., “prep”, “cool down”, and “custom”, so that each of them should then have its own audio tone. Better still, would be if the text-to-speech feature should be turned on or off for each timer kind or each individual step.
