About the application:

Insanity is a 60-day tool, based on the concept of maximum intensity interval training, with short breaks between blocks of exercises. These intervals range from a few seconds of explosive exercises to more than a min of high intensity. It mainly uses body exercises, with minimal equipment. The intensity of the sessions varies according to the various blocks, with softer recovery sessions aimed at aerobic training.
