Insomnia Coach is designed for Veterans, military Servicemembers, and others who are suffering from insomnia. The apk is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) and provides: * a guided, weekly training plan to assist you track and improve your sleep * a sleep coach with private feedback about your sleep and fun sleep advices * an interactive sleep diary to assist you hold track of everyday changes in your sleep * 17 programs to assist you receive your sleep back on track This apk is based on scientific research about how people can change their behaviors and thoughts to improve their sleep. This apk does NOT replace professional care. Insomnia Coach is designed to be used everyday for 5 weeks by following the Training Plan. And I appreciate a gratis resource that has no advertisements provided by our government. And a few days in and it's improving my sleep,. jugs t: This apk is REALLY helping me sleep. I'm into week 3 of the coaching and if you stick to the plan, it helps. I've had problem sleeping for literally decades and I have implemented a lot of the suggestions already, but should never quite crack it. The one way that is finally working is the app's facility to suggest when to go to bed and when to wake up. My time in bed is finally spent asleep! There is loads of perfect guidance, and NO advertising. I would pay for it, but it's gratis!

Katherine Juhasz: The training plan created it straight forward to learn about how to improve my sleep and the reminders were helpful for keeping me on track. After 5 weeks I still don't like getting up early but it's easier to receive up and to fall asleep at night.

Ricardo Pereira: All of my sleep quality indicators improved after using this apk. Before starting the sleep restriction therapy, my insomnia severity index was 16 and reduced to 8 after the treatment. At the middle of the process of doing the CBT-I, I was suspicious of my time in bed suggestions, but afterwards I understood the treatment. I highly suggest the apk. Please be aware that you'll need lots of self-discipline to complete the therapy.

Josef Tucker: This is an perfect apk and I am shocked by some of the negative reviews here. Ignore all the low ratings that talk of 'no night mode' (um place your smartphone into night mode), 'same as site guidance (no, you don't receive suggested personalised sleep and wake times on sites), 'can't record time awake at night' (adjust the method you're recording it), 'can't review notes' (write your own notes elsewhere). And to give it 1 star because it hasn't been downloaded much, is that a generational thing?!. I mean, come on people, this is a FREE apk with loads of guidance and sound snippets to assist. It's helping me greatly.

Matheus Henrique: Good apk! But it seems there is a bug when adding sleeping diaries. If I kind the time that I go to bed, at 9pm for instance, save and close the apk, when I begin the apk once more the bed time is somehow updated to 10pm. That happens also for wake time. I'd appreciate if you should sort this out!

Kristen Parisi: This is a very helpful apk that my sleep doctor suggested I use for insomnia. It provides useful advices and resources to regulate sleep cycles. I love the player interface, but the only thing missing is the ability to view detailed diary entries from any previous week. I'd give 5 stars if I should review this info at any time.

Gill O'Connor: Slight trouble in good apk. Sometimes I go a few nights with no sleep then my body shuts down and I sleep for 16 hours. The apk keeps telling me I am inputting a negative number for my sleep and won't allow me input the info. Otherwise the apk is good.

Dylan Deeg: Decent apk but weird oversights create it frustrating to use. Current example: I fell asleep at 4:05 PM yesterday and didn't wake up until 4:30 the following day. Unusual, sure; but not unheard of for someone with serious sleep debt. It's seemingly impossible to log this, though. No matter how a lot of times I check to create sure it's correct, I'm given a notice that I've entered a negative number for my hours slept. Hope this gets fixed because it's a cool apk.

J Michael Braiden: I've used the apk for 2 weeks. For the second time I've reached the "modernize time in bed suggestion". I can't figure out how to create the modernize. Latest week I thought the apk was glitching and uninstalled and reinstalled it hoping that would resolve the trouble. I lost all of my data and had to begin over. I want that there was a method to create an acc to log into where data should be saved. This week I got to the same step and I still can't figure out how to create the modernize. Beautiful frustrating.

Rhea Kelly: I am very confused why when I enter sleep data for today it asks if I took a nap yesterday? If you let us to create changes up to the next day, then my tiny finite mind seems to think that I should easily go in and change it later in the day and say I took a nap today. But it says yesterday and so every entry I have created for the latest almost 3 weeks has been whether I took a nap the day before. So I would like a clarification please because I can't seem to search anyone to call and ask. Thank you.

Vince Aggrippino: It's clear to me that nobody with insomnia was involved in testing this UI. There's no method to record split sleep schedules or days on which there was no sleep. There are unnecessary fields and fields that can't be answered. I'm better off with a spreadsheet.

Gregory Tate: This apk is nothing more than a everyday diary of your sleep habits but does nothing to help you in developing better sleep habits. Recommendations are awesome but do nothing as they are just tutorials. Having stated that, I did not search an interactive plan bywhich the player should implement into their everyday routine in developing a better sleep routine. Once more, the apk is a mere dairy with recommendations. Nothing interactive about this.

Tina Siegel: Modernize number two: I often spend upwards of 45 mins awake in the middle of the night. Apk still isn't addressing that or even calculating it into my sleep time. Kept trying but totally useless. Modernize: the apk simply doesn't address my main problem, which is waking up in the middle of the night. It asks whether I wake up at night but seems to ignore the info I provide. Then I just updated my wake time to a half hour earlier, and my in bed time remained the same. Disappointing.
