  cris b: PLEASE READ!!! rewriting my previous comment. fine I have been frustrated because of the constant disconnected prompt when I wish to view my cameras on my smart smartphone. the developer of the apk does constant updating to enhance the apk. the trouble it still doesn't connect SOLUTION!!! since apk is being updated what I did was UNPLUG THE NVR WAIT FOR FEW SECONDS AND PLUG IT BACK IN. this solved the problem of unable to view cameras on my phone!!!
