  Jason Allen: hello I was wondering why ispy isn't notifying me of a call but I'f I begin the apk it will present the call but dosent sound alerting me of the call I live in Brewster wa it used to work but now our department dosent receive the sound notification and all the settings are set right in the apk thanks

  Chad Werkhoven: Mobile fire/ems dispatching has evolved from plain text messages, to alerting apks like FireAlert, to response registers such as Active911.... I've tried them all. Ispyfire is a mini game changer. It's like having a MDT with me all the time. It has all the regular response features, plus live CAD updates. It organizes and displays calls from multiple agencies agencies, so I know what's going on in neighboring places when I receive sent out at 0300. Mapping works good, and can instantly switch to native maps for GPS directions and another features. Ispyfire also has a cool web console. This apk is good now and will only receive better.

  Dave Lesser: My department just started using the apk. We all love it. I personally have an android device, and have not had any issues. Its good how long dispatch can keep onto a call before sending it out. Being able to read CAD info is also very helpful. Then just a push on the address brings up maps. My only recommendation is being able to choose different alert tones. Maybe there is and I just don't know how to change it. Awesome job guys! Hope you profit well from this, you deserve it!

  Marita Lampton: i have an android device smartphone, an LGG6. up untill latest week it worked good. now it is not alerting me. the volume for calls/notification seem to be going off my media volume and if that isnt up it doesnt go off. please if you should search a solution i would greatly appreciate it. i missed a call cuz i was relying on ispy. please assist

  Doug B: It's a good idea, but it's not alerting me with sound. I have my volume up and it's not muted. I have a sound chosen in the apk, but I receive nothing when a call comes in. Today I happened to message we got a call THREE HOURS AGO!!! How is that helpful? Got a second call tonight. I was holding my smartphone and saw the call, but no sound.

  Dan Fisher: The default map is garbage. And it does not let you to customize the notification sound, when I go into options to change it, I tap on sounds, and it just says "sound management to your device apk settings" and takes me to other screen in my phones settings that doesn't allow me change anything.
