  Max Perez: Does what I need it to do! However, would be nice to be able to view, edit, and make documents like you can on a computer. Granted, I see it being a bit of a challenge creating quality documentation from a mobile! Hold up the awesome work. Password fingerprint is working like a charm on my smartphone (Pixel 2 XL)

  Webapp on mobile is awful, need native application. To create this a success it will need to present more info than just passwords. Aside from that - the apk itself works ok.

  Kris Zwolak: I'm tied into IT Glue for documentation, and have grown to rely on it. This apk is useful for viewing passwords, but did you forget about all your another features? Uninstalling the apk, will go back to using clunky mobile formatting. At least I can create/edit/view documentation online and upload galleries of images.

  Corey DeGrandchamp: I search it so disappointing that we have waiting so long for a native application, and when it finally shows up it's only a password manager, and doesn't even allow us look at our actual documentation at all. Even integrating the webapp into it as an option to create it easier to sign into (fingerprint) would be better, but now I have to use the webapp still which is cumbersome to log into in the field.

  Joshua Taylor: Passwords are good to access but if i need details on another stuff about the customer website, this apk is of no assist. I cant always set up or receive my laptop on a customer network so access to all the data in IT Glue would be very very useful. But otherwise passwords are fine. I need EVERYTHING thats accessible on the site too. Apparently the apple ver works like the site.. would be really nice for that functionality.

  This apk does let you to see your passwords in IT Glue, but it does not work well with the fingerprint login. Additionally, password categories aren't visible in the find results so you can't tell what passwords are for unless you specifically contain that info in the password description. This apk definitely needs some more polish. I like IT Glue, but this apk turned out to be beautiful disappointing after waiting so long for it to become accessible.

  Preston Van Treese: I was very excited when I saw this was released. I was very disappointed when I logged in to see it's only a password manager and I can't use it offline. Being able to view and make configs is what would create this apk. I'll still suffer through the mobile webapp until this is updated.

  James Botkin: Not sure what all it does another than just present passwords. Plus the fingerprint login literally let's anyone log in, I tried with 4 various people. No safety so long as that doesn't work. Uninstalling.

  Robert Picard: Not worth the effort if you use awesome passwords. I use a password manager and set a nice long safe password for it glue, I also use 2fa. So, as you can imagine this is a pain on my mobile device, if you use fingerprint scanner option it seemed like a match created in heaven ... Then it randomly clears the cashed password your finger print doesn't work nearly every time you go to use it.

  Karst van den Bosch: Disappointed Fingerprint sign-in doesn't work (turns itself off, and when it does present the option, it prompts with an error) SSO works, only passwords in the apk, no another data. General lack of features and options, even safety wise! (auto log off when leaving the apk for example) and why the hell the large DELETE button? I hope that's not the most common used feature of IT Glue??

  Ben Hayes: I'll echo what others said, we've waited a long time for an apk and it to only be a password manager is a disappointment. I'll reinstall when I can access my documents and assets which is what we actually use IT Glue for.

  Chris Deke: Beautiful rubbish first attempt. Can only see passwords. Doesn't work offline. Can't be used as an mfa source for your acc. Can't imagine why anyone would use this instead of the mobile site. Itglue - why do you bother having a feature request voting system if you just ignore what people are requesting?

  Dylan Kazich: Very disappointed in the apk, it is very obvious this was not very well thought out before launching. Apk does not remember credential info even with fingerprint authentication enabled. Also, the only thing that is searchable are passwords, no configurations or network info? The mobile website is actually better cause of this (would be debatable if apk remembered credential information/finger print authentication)
