Super simple and when I called in to check on it they were very sweet and helpful. Would definitely suggest, this apk took the stress out of renewing my passport. :3

  Danielle Tarmu: This apk is brilliant. Renewing your passport is usually a pain & requires so a lot of steps, but this apk handles ALL of them--you just fill in some details, take a selfie, & they handle the rest. The customer service is phenomenal, they're very available & helpful if you have questions, & they must have GREAT connections because it's crazy how quickly they can renew your passport. Plus, their work is guaranteed. They even give you a smartphone # to call if you have issues at a border. This app/service is good!!

  A Google user: Terrible mess of an apk. 1) The camera function barely works. It's out of focus, doesn't line up well, and doesn't let for any flash control. 2) You fill out all your private info in the passpoWrt renewal form and after you pay, YOU HAVE TO FILL OUT THE STANDARD FORM ALL OVER AGAIN. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS APP OTHER THEN PROCESSING THE PAYMENT???

  Al Strac: If you need this today this is pointless. There are others you can download and do it yourself. Gratis apk then pay for images :( you got to set up the background etc. I have no doubt if you have time to waste it will be ok. I don't so used one of the others and printed it out, excellent. Why bother with a middle man?

  Bobby Marshall: Awful service. When I got my passport, the picture was very overexposed, unlike the picture that I submitted. When I contacted It's Simple, I was told that it would be ok, but when I called the passport office, they told me that I would need to resubmit my application and send in other image. It's Simple is a waste of cash. It would have been faster and cheaper to do it all myself. So far, it has taken more than 4 months and I still don't have a valid passport.
