Then save/export/print each week and month your timesheet (PDF report), print it with Google Cloud Print or export it to a spreadsheet like Excel or Sheets then modify it. The total worked duration is calculated automatically on weekly, monthly and annual reports. Your employees can send you their schedules and "vice-versa" (in CSV format). Your data is stored only on your smartphone and the apk works offline even without any internet connection.
