I honestly don't know why Burger hadn't developed a full-featured apk themselves but I'm glad dmacpro did it. I was a tiny annoyed at having to bring my laptop around in my vehicle to flash firmware or log (especially when my laptop battery required replacing). When my windows laptop died latest year I replaced it with a Chromebook and this left me with only accessing the JB4 via the steering wheel controls. This apk is worth the cash and I'm especially satisfied that I have an Android device smartphone rather than IOS because I was able to buy 6 USB OTG cables for about $8 shipped rather than having to spend much more for the IOS setup. The apk has a beautiful easy interface, although I search myself trying to use the "menu" button a lot, which isn't functional (by design) in this apk. I was able to plug in my smartphone and receive going very quickly and all of the features worked perfectly. For the developer, I wish to say "thank you".

  Matthew Shepelsky: So far, the apk has been unbelievable. I love being able to change my player adjustment settings on the fly. The gauges are very helpful, watching IATs and such. Loving the apk. I use the Rev 3 Bluetooth connect kit with my JB4 on a mk7 gti, the smartphone is a Nexus 7 (2013). It connects instantly upon opening the apk (this is a good setting), and has never lost the Bluetooth handshake since I've owned it. Nothing but good things to say about the JB4 apk, and appreciate that the developer is constantly trying to create it better. Can't wait for 0-60 integration as well as some more customization of the gauges. 5 stars in my ebook, worth every penny. I have family share and my brother also uses the apk, and he's comin from using JB4 tool with his JB4 and N54, and he loves the apk as well. It has beautiful much everything that the windows tool does, and once more, worth every penny.

  Aaron Gilbert: Automotive Wizardry I initially purchased this as an easier method to monitor the vehicles vitals while i beat on it. Totally surpassed my expectations. Makes logging the vehicle a breeze. I have noticed that if the apk is running when i turn the vehicle off, the apk will sometimes need to be restarted before the bluetooth will connect properly once the vehicle is restarted.

I do have a couple of feature requests; 1. Add in the steering controls details; 2. Add backend firmware uploading and backup if this is possible?
