  Yumi: I wanted to recommend updating the JINYA apk to send notifications to the customer when their order is ready. This will prevent customers from coming to the restaurant just to be told their order still isn't ready yet. The time ready recommended in the apk isn't always correct.

  Wolf V: The apk does not have the ability to ask to have stuff removed due to allergies or preferences, and also doesn't have a comment/special instructions field to use as a workaround. Would recommend both of those be added, without that functionality I cannot use it for online ordering.

  Kellie Takamori: Rewards idea is good. I've accumulated a bunch of points from a few visits then all of a sudden without message, my points gets turned to reward dollars that create up less than the rewards. Want I was informed it would expire or convert. I would've used my rewards for a ramen. Unhappy day. Defeats the thrill of a rewards tool if Jinya just takes the rug from under us whenever and without message.

  john crews: It would be nice if you should have the option to modify orders. For example, if you do not wish the bean sprouts you can choose leave off. Now that you can't call in orders so you can modify, is kinda inconvenient. Especially if you don't wish to go in to order & wait.

  Trey Rohm: "Pointless": Cannot scan receipts for points. You have to generate a code in the apk and present it to your server before you leave. The place nearest me is in a cell smartphone dead spot, so I can't even receive the apk to begin while in the restaurant.
