  Stephen Jolley: This mobile apk is good for being connected to my business line and not having to give out my private cell number. I can easily transfer calls, join symposium extensions, and check voicemail. Good improvements on reliability and push notifications. I rarely even use my actual desk smartphone anymore.

  D Cope: I have a google pixel XL (original) and was running the Beta Jive Mobile apk ver 2.1.7.2 (170808) and was nervous about upgrading as I didn't wish to break what was at least mostly working. And I was curious why my apk hadn't updated. I decided to download THIS fresh apk here, ver 3.0.4 (180125) and as it turned out, my installed it as a second apk, without overwriting my original. So far, it works good. MUCH better than ver 2. Contacts load instantly, though typing a name has seemed quirky, and a name was missing that I thought could be there. I also tried a three method call, and the two parties should only hear me, but not each another. That being said, as an entrepreneur... I LOVE my Jive system. We run MULTIPLE businesses, and my cell number was the point of contact for all of them, so I never knew why someone was calling, until they told me. Asking "What business were you calling about" was so awkward. Jive sorts my callers with the menu, and then using the HTTP pull in the dial plan, I have a it call a web-script that emails my text notice address on verizon and tells me which dial plan menu they used, by modifying the caller ID value. LOVE IT!!

  I use an HTC ONE m8 and This apk is extremely good but lately I have been getting calls and the screen freezes and it rings and rings and rings. Theres no method of turning the sound off not even turning the screen off or pressing the volume buttons. I have to place ringtone volume at minimum. looks really awful with the clients but please take a look into this.

  Shelley Sikes: It's very frustrating when I'm talking to clients and this apk drops calls every 3 minutes. I can hear our another line coming through the smartphone, unless I turn my ringer all the method down, but then I have to watch my smartphone to see if it rings. I have to reinstall daily because I have problem logging in. Not awesome for cell smartphone VIOP, but works on a regular multi line desk smartphone.

  Mike Bailey: This kills Bluetooth streaming while logged in. Even when set to do not disturb, every time a call comes in the bluetooth stops playback. Apk crashes a lot and difficult to have a conversation with a client with this softphone apk.

  Charles McCollister: My company switched to this system latest week. In 8 years we've been through numerous companies. This is by far the worst we've ever used. My desk smartphone just rings continuously from non existent extensions, which in turn ties up a ridiculous amount of bandwidth. Neither apk works as advertised. Their help squad is a joke. Buyer beware!!!

  The first apk didn't work, so you just made a fresh apk that's equally as terrible? Stuck on connecting screen. I have no idea why my company decided to go with Jive. It's horrible.

  Matt Huff: I'll stick to facts: Instant messages, aren't instant. To see the recent IMs you need to fiddle around in the apk to receive it to refresh. Calls to your extension will begin ringing on the mobile apk after you've already answered the call on your desk smartphone (about a min into the call). Favorites lists you've set up in Jive Web are somehow not linked to the mobile apk favorites list, making you enter everything twice. Hopefully this gets better.

  Alex S: Whenever I have to use this to dial into a symposium call it's always a struggle or doesn't work. It will not connect to anything after logging in. I have to log in, force stop the apk, then relaunch and cross my fingers. Today, it quit mid call and just went blank every time I tried to dial back in. And if you ever go from cellular data to Wi-Fi, the quality sounds like you're talking through a fanatic.
