After a couple of hours messing around I got connected. Also I got a prompt answer from apk developers to offer assist so that was good to know I should have got assist . I have fairly now improved rating.

  Chris Rowe: This apk used to work but now doesn't . I had to reinstall it as it kept crashing and now it opens but you can't access the headphone features. I sent a crash report to Jlab but have had nothing back. The headphones are good but now I have no method of changing the button functions etc. If they can sort this out, I'll change my rating to 5 stars. I fixed the problem by installing an old ver of the apk (2.5) and then letting it modernize. It now works but I shouldn't have to have done this.

  Cory R: Apk missing features shown. I'm trying to turn off the touch controls for my earbuds. Like others are saying we know how to pair them, I just wish to receive rid of the awful controls so I don't skip songs when I'm wiping sweat off of me. Before jlabs responds, yes the apk is up to date, I just installed it 5 mins ago.

  Cody Daniells: Doesn't have all the buds on system so create sure the apk has the ones you got otherwise your screwed. (Edit1)Told they added more devices to an modernize but still don't have the right pair I need.(Edit2) i contacted them via email and was told they can't receive the pair I need on to the apk if I should create this review 0 star I would do it in a heartbeat.

  Joshua Freeman: Doesn't work.. edit: years ago I was able to control the settings and eq and items in the apk. Now the apk has none of those features and is useless. There are no features inside the apk at all. I have to do everything by touching the earbuds and not a large deal but no eq at all now.
