  Mechelle Bodwin: Can't understand why the apk feels the need to play videos with melody without the option of silencing the audio???? Like, I listen to YouTube videos in the background on my smartphone while browsing and I don't like how the videos within the apk overrides what Im listening to on other apk. Also, the apk needs to present another color options accessible when looking at a particular item and then recommend another stuff rather than showing what I've previously looked at, which is not helpful.

  Monae: The apk is not the best. They were adding and removing tabs for a while, so now you can't see certain tabs and can't click a tab directly. If you wish dresses, you have to click on outerwear. Also, the apk seems to have less items/options than the site. Which is weird, because the apk is supposed to offer apk exclusive stuff. So you would think that it would have more

  Vee: Jluxlabel needs to seriously work on their apk and customer service. Like any Ig shop, their service sucks. And that's how you lose customers. Please note the sizing of their clothes is inconsistent. A S in one item fits like a XS and a S as a L in others.
