  William Holbrook: After reading JH response, I went into apk settings and cleared data. The apk does work now. Thanks for the fix, still odd everyone seems to have the same trouble. The only time I've had to do this to receive an apk to work but it did work so thanks for a solution.

  Darren Gullion: This apk lacks a lot of capabilities. My company just switched from Fidelity to John Hancock and their apk has so a lot of awesome features for making changes and tracking your investments. I recommend you test to model your apk after Fidelity's.

  Trey Cleaveland: Will modernize review if experience changes. Long story short= Apk is not smartphone friendly. First off the apk wouldn't allow me add beneficiary to complete the "enrollment". Filled out the details and click submit and right back to filling out details. Had to use computer. Afterwards, logging in to the apk brings a prompt requiring enrollment completion. No method to click submit at that point. No method to access the acc on the smartphone with this apk at this time.

  Matt McGovern: I love John Hancock and I'm a trustee for our 401k plan at work. This apk just doesn't work. Every page you test to navigate to either gives you an error notice or just spins and times out. For a company as high profile as John Hancock who I assume has hundreds of thousands of clients, this is just crazy to me. Getting this apk working could be a priority. Everything else about John Hancock is top notch in my opinion. This apk is beautiful disappointing.

  V F: Terrible. Not worth using the apk. Just sign into the web browser. Constantly have to clear apk data. That isn't a fix. The fix needs to come from the devs, not in the form of workaround instructions.
