We added the word 'Medicine' to our app's name but kept its heart and soul (and content) the same. We still place internal medicine literature at your fingertips and are still continuing to deliver 3+ fresh reviews of classic and contemporary landmark publications every month.Powered by Wiki Journal Club, Journal Club for Android device focuses on the top articles in internal medicine and puts landmark trials at your fingertips. Written by physicians, these article summaries are distilled into bite-size morsels that clinicians can digest quickly. Think of it as CliffsNotes for medical research.Journal Club contains a lot of landmark clinical trials published in the past century, focusing on the practice-changing studies that internists and medical subspecialists ought to know handily. That means we're more likely to cover the 1981 NCDS study of dialysis in ESRD, and less likely to cover your favorite study of lixisenatide in patients with diabetes that's hot off the press.Features:-Simple, intuitive interface-Concise bottom lines-Relevant major points-Links to PubMed and basic literature-Sort trials by name, date, specialty, and disease-Share summaries with colleagues-Integrated search-Favorites

Alnardo Lora: Impressed from the begin and it just keeps getting better Sincerely this apk has really helped me through my medical training. I bought it when I was in my latest year of medical school and it hasn't failed me. Helped me countless times on the wards with pimping and necessary, practice changing studies for the latest 30 years that you not only have simple access to but are fast reads, especially for someone with a short attention span like me. I can't search a better apk that does that. Definitely a must for all junior docs and physicians who wish to hold up-to-date!!

Nick Wong: Perfect apk. The most useful part is that it explains why the trial was done, what the results meant, what was affected in the guideline and what the criticisms were. The data presentation were nicely displayed. The journals can be sorted by time of publish and it gave me a time sense of how the evidence emerged. These are the pearls that are not found by simply downloading the journal article. Yes, it is spoonfeeding. But you have to be spoonfed for some time before your horizons are widened enough to add your own interpretation. Not all journal articles were included, but no database is excellent. The inclusion has been impressive. Please hold up the awesome work.

Josh Garrison: The apk is good (updated) The apk covers a lot of landmark trials, and does so in a manner that is consistent with mainstream intepretation of the results. It allows you to pull up trustworthy intepretations in seconds. The one star reduction is for the need for more trials to be included in the apk. Two trials have been added to my knowledge since I purchased the apk a month ago... So they're moving in the right direction. Modernize: 6 trials uploaded in the latest 4 weeks. This apk will gain a lot of ground with that type of expansion

Chase Bennett: Perfect Perfect apk. Concisely summarizes pivotal trials and take home points, a lot of of which have multidisciplinary implications. Although most of the studies are more medically focused, a lot of of the studies summarized such as POISE, NICE-SUGAR, & TRICC among others have shaped perioperative management as well. A good fast reference and debate settler!
