Download our apk and connect with the global Jewish queer community. JQY (Jewish Queer Youth) supports and empowers LGBTQ youth in the Jewish community. JQY wars to ensure the emotional and physical health and security of these individuals, with a unique focus on teens and young adults from Orthodox, Chasidic, and Sephardi/Mizrahi communities. Our goal is for all these individuals to know: You are a valued member of the Jewish community and you are not alone. This apk also provides places for parents and siblings of JQYers as well as a forum for mental health specialists to connect. NAVIGATING APP ANONYMITY **Who can see my profile?** By merely joining the apk, only JQY staff will be able to see your profile. Once you join any of our personal community groups, you will be searchable by the another members of that specific group. If you are concerned about others seeing your true name, please use a various selected name for your USERNAME (“Your Name” when signing up). If you can, please use your true name under “Name” as that info will be personal and will only be seen by JQY staff. **Who can see my info? (i.e. name, email, dob, zipcode, etc)** Only you and JQY staff can see this info. As this is the case, if you can and are comfortable doing so, please fill out this info with your true email address, dob, etc. so we at JQY can know how to reach you and help you best.
