The Jump Power Tracker by FITNDEX combines your bodyweight and your jump height to show you with your power output in horsepower / watts. Your bodyweight and vertical jump may vary from time to time; but those numbers don't tell the whole story. An athlete who is gaining weight may sacrifice some vertical jump; however, the athlete may still be getting more strong. If this athlete only tracked their bodyweight and vertical leap separately; the athlete may receive wrongfully discouraged. Tracking power output is a better metric to hold track of.
