Once I begin a fresh training block I'm always eager to come back for the next session and track my progress, which is a good incentive for maintaing a steady practice. Austin is a highly charismatic and clever coach. He gives insightful advices not only on the techniques of rowing but also on the mental aspect of it all. Highly suggested for anyone interested in rowing, regardless of where you are on your rowing adventure.

  Cindy Richards: This apk is good for me because I have a lot of mobility issues that create it hard to receive on and off the rower. So the rowing is just rowing and I don't have to hold getting off and back on. But there are separate mobility and strength exercises with weights which I also love! All in all very strong and well rounded exercise tool!

  Melissa Lux: This is more than a rowing apk. It's an unbelievable training platform. The workouts are varied and interesting which is a good motivator. I have seen good results in my performance and technique. Just row is turning me into an athlete, which is something I never thought I would be. And the value for cash is unmatched. You would be hard pressed to search this type of content anywhere else and they'd charge you quadruple the price.

  Austin Allen: I'm very impressed by the breadth of content in the Just Row training library. There are good rowing workouts, obviously, but you'll also search bodyweight and gratis weight routines, stretching and mobility sessions, and no shortage of perfect advices and tricks. Austin is a good coach and his attitude is infectious. Seriously, sign up for the trial. You won't regret it.

  Connie Leavitt: I have fun these coached workouts. I started out using the row along workouts on YouTube but wanted more content. This definitely has more content and keeps me challenged and sweating. If I need a lighter day I have those options as well. I also have fun that there's a dozens of another workouts from full body to foam rolling and stretching which are all necessary. Thank you for keeping me motivated Austin!

  Athena Torres: I downloaded the apk and subscribed to the 7 day gratis trial. The workouts are absolutely unbelievable and completely worth your time! The only reason for my lower rating is that I was working on the Row 20 series and despite using the apk for the latest week, only days 1-13 are uploaded. It makes me question if the apk is still being monitored and updated regularly. If this can be fixed, I'll more than gladly resubscribe; however, until then, I'll just stick with the Training Tall YouTube channel.
