I've used the online service for about a year and gotten the answers I was seeking each time. A couple times I had to ask a couple various experts. No one knows everything about any given topic.

  Dr Sumanth Amperayani: Hello...the previous ver was perfect and I had given a 5 star rating. The issues in this ver are - 1. Hanging a lot 2. Even after I send the introduction notice to the customer, the typing box will still have it and I need to manually choose all and slash it. 3. Taking a lot of time to refresh. 4. Taking a lot of time to present up the questions once clicked. I would request the developer squad to fix these bugs as soon as possible. Meanwhile I would say and recommend another players to use the Google Chrome based web ver is better and faster now. May I know you some action has been taken on this because the issues are still persisting?
