About the application:

The mighty kaiju returns to its island home, only to search it crawling with people and their tiny buildings. Use your mighty powers to clear as a lot of of them off the island as you can. IMPORTANT NOTE: For reasons unknown even to the mighty Kaiju, you need to begin this apk from Daydream's library while in VR mode. If you run it as you would another apks, it will likely not work, and you'll have to close the process via the task switcher before you can run it successfully in VR mode. In Kaiju Kaboom, you begin with the ability to hurl boulders at the populace, and you can unblock three extra weapons as you play. Watch out, though: the people of the island will begin to war back! Police and soldiers will shoot at you, and each hit reduces the time you have to clear that portion of the island. This is a awesome old-fashioned video mini game project. No micropayments. No tracking of private info. No advertisements. No DLC. No loot boxes. No asset shop flips. Instead, it was created by a single developer with inspiration, a Daydream headset, a few weeks in Summer 2019, and a stack of tool. For less than the price of a fancy cup of coffee, you can play it until the cows come home (which would be awesome DLC, but like I said: No DLC). This project is based on my team's 2019 Global Mini game Mini game Project, which you can check out at https://globalgamejam.org/2019/games/kaiju-homecoming. Kaiju Kaboom builds upon that core video test and moves it into virtual reality. I am releasing this mini game under GPL 3.0. This means, among another things, that customers have access to the source code. The Google Play Shop does not have a method to automate this, so if you're a customer and you wish the source code, reach out to me over email.
