  Dantastic Sloth: Very buggy. Videos take a while to load. Pauses every time you accidentally change from landscape to portrait mode, even for just audio, and makes an terrible notification sound every time this happens. Can't view PDF notes+video simultaneously. Often crashes. Lectures slash off long before their stated lengths. Some quizzes create you click submit response before moving to the next question, but some clicking "submit Response" immediately ends the quiz and doesn't allow you attempt it once more. C- effort

  Andrew Creary: This is an enormous step up from the old apk. The player interface is significantly better and more easily navigated. Downloads don't stall, and are fast to finish. You now have the option to stream, or to download, either audio or video. Kaplan was responsive when I reported problems after some prodding, and I've edited my original review for that reason. They have corrected problems that were show in the apk at begin. Still some problems, but definitely a step up from what it was.

  Agent Carmichael: Can't cast videos (or sometimes even download videos?), the apk is buggy, not simple to navigate, and can't be used to do quizzes and follow lectures at the same time. Lectures sometimes reset if the screen is rotated, shut off, turned on, etc., and the apk doesn't hold your put in the videos consistently. Sometimes just for fun it will begin the lecture 2/3 of the method in. This is so close to being a awesome apk, it just isn't. Kaplan could invest in developing a more reliable, simple to use apk.

  Adrienne Domey: Audio lectures begin over from the beginning when I minimize the apk. Does not save where I left off when I pause. I do not have a lot of uninterrupted time to listen to lecture so very necessary that I be able to pause then later pick up where I left off. Extremely annoying.

  Paul Phelps: Such a buggy apk. Video user is super glitchy (video/audio starts over if you lock your screen), flash card sets don't remember your progress, swipe sensitivity on quizes is so high that I can't navigate (constantly accidentally swiping left or right when trying to scroll down; then swiping doesn't work when I actually test to swipe left or right). This is awful. Can't receive lectures to play on my smartphone at high speed (media not accessible errors over and over). I don't have time for this BS.

  Corey Gagnon: Garbage. Your Kaplan password is needed to have upper and lowercas letters, a number, and a symbol. The apk cannot recognize passwords that include numbers and symbols, so it is unusable. I told tech help 2 months ago and they said they "elevated" my complaint and did nothing about it.
