  Stewart Segura: I love this apk! It is so simple to use and it makes you realize how much cash you are blowing on interest. It has good features like "additional payments, one time payments". What do I have to pay to receive my note to end in 5 years, etc. I strongly suggest this for reviewing any debt with interest like vehicle loans, home loans, credit cards, etc. It shows you that even a little additional payment each month can knock years off your house mortgage.

  Андрей Дядык: Very awesome The only thing I want it have more fields for entering additional payments. I've contacted with developer once on that matter and he increased number of fields. But it's not enough anyway. Maybe you could create unique tab for additional payments with number of payments set by player? But bottom line the apk is really GREAT and helps a lot!

  cchung235: Clever, Complete Mortgage Calculator I downloaded a bunch of these mortgage calculators, and this one the most complete, most clever of all the ones I've seen. Karl is obviously an actual player of such calculators. He knows exactly what features to contain and how to implement them. I'm paying for this apk because I wish to help Karl, and to encourage another apks to come up to this level.
