  Isaac Thomas: If you're just starting to (or returning to) working out, this is a good put to begin. The apk is very easy to use and has just enough dozens in exercises to hold it interesting. The equipment isn't overtly expensive and doesn't take up a lot of place.

  M: Love this apk, got a KB and this apk showed me dozens of good full body exercises. Love the method the apk works, with voice guiding, it's like having a private KB Trainer. Got bonus to help the developers. This apk is perfect, any additions would be unbelievable. Really like the animation but Should use descriptions to assist help technique of using the bell. Proper grip and stance and such. Also it seems to be missing a few exercises. Such as awesome morning, high pull, and long cycle.(add melody!)
