  Rick Owen: Mildly impressed I fully expected an apk that was 1/2 weather details and 1/2 advertisements. I was pleasantly surprised. The only advertisements I saw were in the Headlines portion of the apk. Otherwise it appears to be a well designed weather apk without the annoying advertisements that generally create gratis apks worthless.
