A crow was feeling very thirsty. She flew here and there in find of water but in vain. She continued to find hard but couldn’t search any water to quench her thirst. After a long time, she found a pitcher with a tiny water in it. The neck of the pitcher was too long and the water level was too low. The crow should not reach the water with her beak. She saw a lot of pebbles around. Then the crow had an idea. She picked the pebbles one by one and dropped them into the pitcher. The level of water slowly rose to the top.
