All scheduled workouts for the tracks you follow appear on the ‘workouts’ screen. Scored workouts are comparable system wide or versus track members. Kilomodo is excellent for gyms that repeat workouts as benchmarks. Kilomodo automatically detects and records progress of any repeated workout.
