  Linda Booth: This modernize is horrible! Every article is from a few days ago. I wish to read today's news! Also, I pay monthly for this apk and shouldn't be interrupted by advertisements. I deleted the apk and reinstalled it a few days later. Now I receive the newer articles, but don't understand the order of the obituaries. Why are they not in order from newest to oldest like they used to be? Please fix this trouble or I am done with this ridiculous apk!

  A Google user: This recent modernize totally sucks. Instead of seeing articles that appear in the printed paper (which is what I wish to read) I receive a page full of outdated news, some as old as 3 or 4 days. Totally nuts. If this doesn't receive fixed my subscription is going to be cancelled.

  Dennis Smith: Every article is 5-15 days old. Awful to pay for delivery and receive a gratis online subscription that is so late. Ever since the acquisition by Gannett USA Today, service at home and online has been awful.

  M. Neiner: Rarely provides content. It starts up then hangs there and doesn't even provide headlines. I have stopped the apk and cleared the cache, restarted my smartphone and trouble persists. Very disappointing since the paper charged 10.00 per month to access their content. And that is just for digital only. Then to have an apk that is dysfunctional is a major negative....

  Philip Housel: at this point the apk works if you subscribe via their site BUT you have no option to cancel on suspend a subscription without calling a person. the subscription way offered by the apk doesn't activate in the apk nor on the site. gannett, the developer, is completely unresponsive via the email in the apk. the gannett telephone help has no clue how to assist and call the apk "3rd party." so I'm out 2 months paid in this apk trying to help my local journalists. google won't refund.
