  Lynn McGregor-Marion: I have never been tech savvy, but this apk wasn't that hard to figure out. I was definitely excited about getting my smart plugs and being able to control my fanatic and my lights. Im disabled so therefore I always have to call on my roommate to turn my fanatic on when I'm hot then im cold an hour later. This apk and the plugs are good!

  ming liu: There are some tricks with this apk; I'm sure it works with Amazon listed 2.4GHz Smart Plug. You need to change your smartphone wireless connection to 2.4GHz from router; most routers have this setting, by default, it may be shut off. Don't use auto scan, just select whatever device you have, and follow the instructions on the APP. I suggest you change each plug name/ After you set up the plug, you can switch your smartphone back to 5GHz wireless connection setting, it still work; I felt a tiny large slower.

  A Google user: It took a few tries to set up but works good now. I have two laptops plugged in and am able to turn power on or off to each of them individually without having to physically unplug them. That's all I required, didn't bother with any of its extra features.

  Jeff Goebel: Nobody really talks much about this clone of a lot of smart apk controllers but I've had more successes with this than the ones suggested on blogs plus this one seems to have resolved the login bug the parent company (Tuya) has (currently). It's far more compatible with most brands than they allow on. It's the only one I required for 7 brands of lights, switches, plugs and power bars. Note. I wasted days trying to receive scenes to work between this and Google Home till I figured out they're automations

  Chris Wiesel: Love these smart plugs!! Bought one and really like the ease of set up and the ability to control from apk or voice. Plus it shows you how much electricity you are using for each individual usage. Got mine for less than $15, ended up buying two more, that's how much I love these smart plugs. Highly suggest them.

  Joe Wronski: It's built on the same platform as Linksio, other smart socket. It works OK, but my gripes are needing to surrender my wireless connection credentials, and no another channel to receive the energy usage data which it's harvesting.

My only concern is the place setting does not appear to be working and I have recieved no response from the developer. Being a able to set the place does not appear to affect any of the another features so I would not allow that prevent you from trying this or or buying the another KMC products

  José Mìguél Dìaz (J.D.): I never had one trouble with this until I received a Android device 12 make batter on my Moto Stylus 5g smartphone. Now the timer on the Apk to turn off devices doesn't work. It counts off the time but when it hits 00.00 it doesn't turn off.

  CR B: Fine This apk does work. That said, it is by far the most difficult of any brand I have found that also connects to Alexa. You have to use the alternate pairing system which is amazingly complex. then when you create your method through that created you test to receive Alexa to recognize it and you search it cannot be set up directly so you have to teach it the KMC skill. PIA but it does work and it is cheap. 2 for difficult 3 stars for works and cheap! You can rename it but must do it in Alexa.

  A Google user: Easily setup 2 KMC Smart Plugs with Monitoring. The only problem I have is the monitoring is intermittent, sometimes the screen has monitoring data and sometimes it's all zeros. I don't know if it's the apk or the plugs but it happens on both plugs so I'm thinking it's the apk.
