  A Google user: I love this apk. If you just wish to listen to KQED as you would on the radio, this apk is excellent. It's easy and just works. You download the apk, begin it, and push the large blue play button to listen live. That's it! No popups or splash screens trying to receive you to sign up or do another things. It doesn't ask for unnecessary permissions or have any annoying notifications turned on by default. I've never had any bugs or problems streaming. This apk is just what you wish, without anything you don't

  A Myers: For local bay place news nothing beats kqed podcasts. Bay Curious, the Bay, forum, are my favorites. The single best podcast ever (literally of all time, ever!) is the Bay Curious episode about the POPCORN / telephone time lady. They have an interview with actual popcorn lady. OMG It was such a throwback to growing up in the late 70s early 80s. Anyway 😜

Original: Please fix your apk so it doesn't slash the feed and play the intro/sponsored by notice everytime a smartphone switches between wireless connection and Mobile network. I constantly miss the most necessary segments of the news because of this. I'm a sustaining member, and this is infuriating.

  A Google user: I love having the ability to listen to my favorite radio station from almost anywhere. Works well when you have a stable internet connection. At times the apk will stop streaming for no apparent reason and it is a minor inconvenience to reset it. A sleep timer would be a nice addition.

  A Google user: Not sure why it is not working any more. It was working ok for me. So unhappy! I hope some geeks in San Francisco come to rescue and fix the problem KQED may be facing. There are so a lot of awesome high tech companies in SF and fanatics of KQED are working there, can't anyone come forward and provide a solution? No one? Please do, we all will be indebted to you or your company. This radio station needs a five star ranking all through, including in its apk! I am forced to give four star for now
