cody kom: Is there other apk for my nearly fresh 2021 890 Journey!? Why would my bicycle direct me to receive this apk, but yet the only models it works with is 2022 models that are only accessible to people who place deposits down 6-8 months ago! This is horrible marketing. Very disappointing.

Stephen Cokayne: I've had the same issues as most others, couldn't even choose a bicycle model (really annoying). Tried logging off - uninstalling then reinstalling the apk latest night, it's now working - accepted my bicycle and vin number, looks good so far. Might be worth trying for anyone still having issues.

drogdrogdrog drog: I have just collected my fresh 22 plate 890 journey R 21MY and the dealer tried to connect my smartphone. Apparently my brand fresh bicycle is not covered by this apk. Well i seem to remember that the bicycle was defo sold to me that it had it! I am really not impressed i have a bicycle with bluetooth and no apk. What a joke I could have bought the Honda! The fact that spring has begun and there is no move from KTM to fix this says a lot about their respect for customers. I won't suggest KTM to anyone.

Anuj Agarwal: When you create a apk, give proper help to all the riders, there is no option for 2021 journey bicycle. 390 journey I'm talking about, everytime I add my chasis number it's not accepting. So zero stars for the apk. Plus time wasted on installing and uninstalling this application which BTW was suggested to me by Ktm service guys-they even told me you guys are or will modernize the apk which I don't think so will ever happen. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.

Zachary Hayter: Very disappointed that my 2021 bicycle is not currently supported. I have only had it a couple of months. No apk to download and can't use the features of my TFT. Also mentions modernize will be ready for spring rides. Well..... Spring officially started 23 days ago, I have done multiple 'spring rides' and they have all been without the apk being updated. If you're going to set an expectation to customers, stick to it. Very disappointed by this apk and how it's being managed.

travis sleek: Apk wont connect to bicycle. I have followed all instructions and for whatever reason my smartphone will not connect to the bicycle. Possibly an android device problem? When I click pair device it freezes the apk. Reeeeeeally frustrating. I'd love to use this technology. KTM won't return smartphone calls. If anyone has tip please send it my method.

Andrew Foster: This must be a mistake? KTM appear to have excluded all riders with a VIN dated pre 2022! Just acquired brand fresh 2021 model which is not supported! Good customer relations. To add insult they have removed the (subscription payable) KTM My Ride Apk. So we now have nowhere to go. Shambles.
