  A lot of reviews complain about the automatic $25 refill feature. There's an option to pay "monthly" instead. This setting only bills your credit card for what you purchased. I would give the apk 5 stars if it allowed entering orders.

  Aosii Lee: I want we should recharge and be charged immediately. The apk is nice and simple to an age, but I don't like that I have to be forced to recharged $25 every time I receive under $10. I wish to select how much I recharge and when I recharge! They advertise it being like the Starbucks apk, but I suggest looking at the Starbucks apk closer for more player friendly payment.

  Gilmar Palma: It's good, related to the Starbucks rewards. Link your card and automatically reloads under $10. I have a little trouble though, I've been to Kung Fu Tea in Richmond almost daily for the latest two weeks and it doesn't seem to record my visits. I receive a receipt for my transactions but I'm still in the white belt. I could be at least yellow by now. What can I do?

  Tammy Le: I never receive any rewards and it never records any of my purchases for the rewards but it keeps track of my transactions still. Convenient for paying but the rewards aspect doesn't work at all for me. Disappointing

  Zélie Guinivan: Not all places are equipped for the roll out of this apk. KFT's corporate office could push getting the equipment to their stores quickly or this apk will frustrate more than it will inspire brand loyalty. I accept with previous reviewers that you could be able to control when you reload and how much cash you place on your acc. That alone is a awesome enough reason to wait to go all in on this apk. Another features I would like to see: - Nutritional info (why don't they have this anywhere?) - Hours for ALL places - Whether or not places have the scanners important to use this apk While it would be cool to have online ordering, the lines at KFT are already insane and Starbucks has seen that online ordering hurts the customers in shop experience and over works the staff. Unless they have solutions to this that Starbucks doesn't, I don't think that feature could be a priority. The another comments I created though? If they don't happen soon, this apk is beautiful useless.

  Thanh Nguyễn: This is nothing like the starbucks apk because they force you to refill $25 as soon as your balance is $10 rather than refill when you wish to with only $5 minute amount. Other annoying thing is I went to 3 KFT places in my place (NOVA) and none of them was equip to scan this apk, so I can't redeem my rewards (which has a deadline btw).

  Dani T: While I love kung fu tea and the thought of being able to pay with my smartphone I am not a fanatic of this apk. The billing/reload system is frustrating. Why can't I just attach my card and have transactions withdrawn as I create purchases. I do not wish to be billed monthly (other thing to hold track of) or be forced to load $25. Please listen to your customers and modify this apk.

  Jenny Tran: This apk is honestly the most annoying apk ever. You have to visit Kung Fu Tea 12 times before you can begin working on your stamp card. Also, it's ridiculous how they automatically load cash into your apk. Uhm excuse me, but I never gave you permission to take cash from my bank acc and transfer it into your apk 🙄. They transferred $25 into their apk and I tried using that cash to buy a gift card for my mate, but they didn't use the credit. Instead, I was charged other $25 from my bank acc so in total I was charged $50 in less than 5 mins. THIS APP IS RIDICULOUS AND YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO GET YOUR FREE DRINK. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. 🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️

  Ashley Ellis: I do not wish to add card details to a system that will automatically withdraw $25 from my acc when my balance drops under $10. I wish to be able to select when and if I add cash, and how much, not have it just be taken. Automated Reload/Preload is ridiculous and should overdraw someone if their cash was tight that month and God forbid their KFT balance went under $10. Change this irresponsible system and I'll consider redownloading, but for now I'm uninstalling.

  Gary Yip: Auto reload of $25 is horrible at $10 or below. Gratis drinks dont register, they just charge your acc even though it says gratis drink on receipt. Contacted customer service for missing gratis drink. They said take a pic of receipt, but you must turn in your receipt to keep your drinks.

  Austin Trinh: The apk itself is not poorly designed, though the content is horrible. Replacing stamp cards could be easy, but this apk takes it further by stuffing "levels" and ruining the "gratis drink after X amount" promotions that are common across most boba territories. You can't receive drinks until you've visited 12 times. Each drink is not counted separately like stamp cards. Rather, an order of 7 drinks earns you one point. It is counted by visit, which is a very weird choice, but from a business perspective, gets more cash. You need 12 points to have any semblance of a reward. Then you have to visit even more. It's beautiful ridiculous and beautiful much stamps out rewards. Also, it groups payments in a weird method, charging a lump sum on the 26th of each month. Why not just charge per card payments? I know they're a company, so they don't scam, but I can't deny that I feel bit iffy adding my credit card in this apk.

  kecleon2: Kung fu tea is woefully unaware of how to run a proper rewards system. My local KFT shop had a stamp card system where once you bought nine drinks, the tenth was gratis. That system worked ok, until they migrated to FiveStars and switched to a points-per-dollar system. While I felt that it was a tiny bit scummy that it now took sixty dollars for a gratis really big drink, that system worked fine as well. But then KFT corporate mandated that my shop use this apk only. Not only does this mean I lose my accumulated rewards AGAIN, I am also now given points per VISIT, so I MUST visit twelve separate times to earn a gratis drink. Not only that, the gratis drinks are now gated up to a certain value. The whole experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I wish to have fun Kung Fu Tea, their bubble tea is the best in the place, but their unbelievable stamp card loyalty tool slowly became this terrible apk, which feels like a large screw-you to the consumer.
