Awsome I lost 60 pounds I used to weigh 160 when I was 11 and now I weigh 100. Give it a 5 star I I forgot to say I'm now 12 and now I'm proud of my body cuz I wear a swim suit for summer cuz I was to ashamed of my body when in 160 so I didibt were a swim suit thanks krubo
