  Don S: Wow!.. What a nightmare! But everyone needs to go to LA Crosse site and watch. So every sensor has a code to take image of. So add you display take image of code.. then take image of your oitside sensor. Add all sensors you have. Instuctions on instructions and on apk sucks, but video on site is good. It all works if you watch video. Thank goodness I watched it. Also showed me things i did not know i had. Awesome luck!

  For all the complainers out there, this is a $15 device, it gets the job done. If you wish a super fancy device, go spend $300. It's a tiny tricky to connect to your wireless connection. Create sure you connect to 2.4ghz network band only, 5ghz won't work. Also keep plus/minus buttons for 3 seconds on device before you connect thru the apk. Once connected it syncs the time, date and temps automatically. If you're stuck ask a millennial to assist you.

  Love how easy the station and apk are to setup, only took 5 mins. Ignore the awful reviews about the weather station and apk as those people haven't followed the online instructions (Tip: Watch their good videos). Setup for inside and outside readings work good if you read and follow all the instructions and do it in order! Both inside and outside temperature readings work wonderfully! Good product and good apk! Thank you CostCo, La Crosse and La Crosse apk developers for producing quality products for a good price!

  William Bender DC: Since dropping my internet cable TV service I lost the clock on the DVR too. So I was looking for a fresh clock for my entertainment center. That's when I saw the La Crosse View at my local Costco. I just got the weather station and it went together perfectly. All the sensors registered on the flat panel view screen just as soon as I place in the batteries. Loved how it just self learned how to connect itself to itself. The color screen is good and looks good next to all my another electronics. The apk works as it could. It took a bit of figuring out how to create it function and hook up all the sensors but once I figured it out it was straight forward and works perfectly. I love that fact that I can place my favorite picture on the apk too.

  Rick Johnson: Modernize: I have it set up now and what I have found is that it takes a while for everything to begin working. I trust there are some limitations that you have to agree like using 2.4 GHz versus 5 GHz and that is clearly stated. By waiting for a day and a half finally nws is connected, nist is connected most of the time and I can see all the sensors through the apk. But I have removed and reinstalled them a few times. So I would suggest patience and depending on where you live it might take a while for everything to work. The rest seems solid. Running an LG G6 Android device 7.0

  Bruce Salimi: After first giving this product a one star rating because I should not sign on and register, the company's service department wrote me that their servers were off line and for me to test it once more. So I did. This time, I was able to connect and have the unit working in less than 5 mins. I wrote back and recommended that their IT department could tell people why they can't register the fresh devices instead of hold telling them that the registration failed. They agreed. The unit is working ok, but the only limitation is that it needs to be plugged into an outlet, which would limit the places it can be used.

  Bought the easy temp - humidity unit from Costco. Got it set up and running in less than 5 mins. Probably spent more time setting up the icon on Netgear Genie. Got the apk running on both mine and wife's S8s and Nvidia smartphone too. No issues.

  It's beautiful complicated to setup without instructions. But when it works it's beautiful good. You can create custom text present up on on your monitor for frick's sake. Like cloud coverage or snow accumulation from the NWS. Except for having to create an acc it's good.

  Jonathan Gillam: Works good for me! Everyone complaining about the inside only temps... you need to add ALL sensors to the apk. Not just the inside unit. Scan the barcodes on your multi sensor and temp/humi and then the apk will present all details.

  Allyn Klingonsmith: In order to receive the apk to work I had to disable 5ghz on the router, leaving 2.4 enabled. I then connected the apk, making sure the display was in pair mode. After I connected it, I turned 5ghz back on. Create sure to enter each of the sensors into the apk. If you don't, you won't receive the sensor details on the apk.

  Everything worked except renaming alerts and setting alerts for remote temp & humidity sensor... Have to setup each sensor for outdoor readings; no trouble (scan or enter manually). Still need to take-set images for sensor places. Setting up WiFi sans instructions not trivial but also not difficult. Impressed! Good work, LaCrosse! 🤗
