  Sun-Young Kim: Want I give them zero star..FAlSE ADVERTISING They said flexible lease term and no penalty with 30 day message but they charged me $1500 if I stay less than 180 days. I got fooled even after I asked the question TWICE regarding penalty with early termination. Horrible customer experiences.. no contact prior to move-in and nobody showed up at the property. Always late responses to my inquiries.. no single point of contact. I talked to +10 various people every time. NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!

  Julia Pottle: Twice I was approved for an apartment and then a week or 2 before the move-in date was told the apartment was no longer accessible and landing was unable to honor the agreement. They did always offer another options...of course much more expensive, and most too far away. The apk itself is very simple to use, but I cannot suggest the company.

  Christopher Hughes: What an absolutely horrendous experience from begin to finish. Awful check-in process, filthy apartment, questionable customer service, sketchy apartment complex (begin drug use, porn being filmed on-site, cops constantly being called for wars, etc.) and the list goes on. It's a good concept in theory, but the execution is absolutely shameful. All-in-all, what a miserable 3 months but so glad to now be gone!!!
