Mapping made for cyclists, by cyclists. LaneSpotter is a community-sourced bicycle mapping and navigation program, with a focus on security. Through the apk, you can make and view: Bicycle Maps: Search all of the protected bicycle lanes, painted bicycle lanes, shared lanes, and multi-use trails. If your town doesn’t have a Bicycle Map, allow us know so we can add it! Security Maps: Community-sourced Security Ratings on nearby streets. Security Ratings are provided by cyclists who have biked theses streets. Ratings are Very Secure, Secure, Average, Use Caution and Avoid. - THE ABILITY TO ADD RATINGS IS COMING SOON. Alerts: Drop pins on the map to alert another cyclists of street conditions, closures and advices. For example: really big potholes or grates, temporary bicycle lane closures, risky intersections, short cuts. - THE ABILITY TO ADD ALERTS IS COMING SOON. Spotter Stops: Quickly and easily search nearby bicycle shops, bicycle share places, fix stations and bike-friendly businesses.
