  Teo Brandousov: Apks on Android device 5.1.1, 7 did not works - a lot of bugs with text-to-bitmap, BLE exceptions, dead button Engrave on any prepared scenes. All Android device apks can not pair to device while smartphone Place is off!!! Help email did not answer to questions. After 5+ hours of experiments my Android device 9 smartphone was connected to engraver and works ok. Awful help, helpdesk or wiki not found, very awful, non informative wizards.

  Kinley Mclelland: The laser burner that uses this actually works fairly well for its low wattage. Wont slash through much but paper however does make a nice photo. The apk sucks on the another hand. Very limited on ability to make quality custom photos. Needs a method to flip photos as well as a better interface in general for custom drawing such as drawing programs and editing points.

  John Barnhart: I can connect to the device via bluetooth. The next step you enter your email expecting a four digit access code. But this never happens. My spouse used her email and gets the same no response. Customer service advised to take a screenshot of the bluetooth connected address. The tool they send you after this didn't work. They further directed to click on the continue tab in the menu but there is no menu. Our next step is to return the device. I don't suggest this device until they receive the

  Charles: A tiny intrusive on permissions. I can't think of a single reason why the company who sells this device would need to know exactly where I am at all times. The apk will not work and so the 300.00 device will not work unless you accept to allow them track you. Awesome apk otherwise. -2 stars for unnecessary draconian permissions. Mind your own business.
