Phillip Swindell: Really immersive experience, graphics and sound is awesome and it's allows the user to discover the creepy house well. One thing I would say is that's its not always clear what the user has to do to move on and you can search yourself wasting time in places. Overall satisfied with the mini game.

Richard Servello: An good adaptation of an already good mini game! The recent updates are really making this a good mini game. While I STILL trust teleportation is NOT the method. Allow me create a proposition. If you insist on using that awful mechanic, don't black out when moving. A lot of cool items is missed while happenings trigger immediately after blackout. Animated walking to destinations like sisters would be a LOT better. But I would still love gratis movement as an option. Also, notes are unreadable. Narrate or subtitle

Josh Pimental: Good graphics! Definitely worth the playing as it feels a like highly polished horror mini game.

David Welch: Brilliant.. somebody(s) has place their heart and soul (assuming they have one!) into this one, full of the sort of items that is really hard work to pull off, and they "killed it". Definitely the best experience on daydream currently imho. I don't mind the point and click, and I can see how the mechanics would be difficult otherwise. My only criticism is the advert graphics, which are incredibly corny with the blood splatter, place me off for a while. This mini game isn't corny, it's more like an even darker Myst.

Hayley Kelly: I have not yet finished but am highly enjoying. However, it's necessary to note that this is more of an interactive film experience instead of a "mini game". There is no level of difficulty and no skill needed. You move where it shows you can and you interact with what is highlighted. The being said, this is a terrifying and unbelievable experience. It's like working your method through a 360 film or visual ebook. It is "point and click", and I wouldn't even qualify it as a puzzle mini game, but if you wish a scary, fun experience with a story that is intriguing enough to hold you playing despite knowing how afraid each click will create you. I would suggest this. I purchased it hoping it would frighten me and I have been far, far from disappointed.

Ryan Mercado: Reviews are exaggerating the pitfalls of the teleportation mechanic IMO; it actually works beautiful well. The only problem I have is that you can't zoom in far enough to properly read letters, making them a true pain on the 1080p Pixel. This would be an simple 5 stars if the devs just allow us zoom in farther, the mini game is unbelievable otherwise.

Nigel Xie: heavy eye fatigue on pixel 3 with daydream, please create it right so I can play comfortably.

Corey E: I accept with Richard. I love that the mini game is is built around making a creepy ambience. It looks awesome and plays well. I hate the teleport *mild spoiler* .... Bc of that mechanic the jump scares are literally triggered by teleporting in to a square. So briefly after starting a mini game you just become prepared after any teleport or opening any door. That kind of movement really defeats the purpose of VR and pulls you out of the whole realism of it.

Jamey Vlasak: I am a large fanatic of this adaptation of a good console psychological horror mini game. The problems I have with the mini game is that photo quality when reading the notes is so grainy and blurry that I can't read them even at close view (I want there was a feature like in the console ver that overlays plain text so it can be read)and some of the photo quality of the environment can be grainy as well, but these problems are minor and do not take away from the overall VR experience. Overall this mini game is a very polished and good horror experience that I trust any VR enthusiast will truly love. This mini game I would suggest that everyone could purchase and play on this platform.

Zachary LeBlanc: The mini game so far is good, with a few minor exceptions. On the Pixel XL, even with the higher resolution, it's difficult to read some of the text on the pages throughout the mini game. The FOV also makes everything seem much closer than they could be, and makes for an odd-feeling. In darker places, one eye can sometimes become much darker than other, making ill-fitting photos and causing blurriness. If these things were fixed, it would go a long method to making the mini game much, much better.

Mikaël Dufresne: This mini game should be awesome... But you walk around by teleporting your self from one point to other. It really kills the immersion. They should have used the touch pad to walk around like some another mini games does and the mini game would be immersive, scary and awesome. Now you just click somewhere... Appear there and ebooks fall from the shelves... No reactions from me... I just hold clicking further and wait until I bored.

Hollis Potter: Unable to install on Pixel 3. I love Layers of Fear on PC, and was eager to test it with Pixel 3 / Daydream, but received an error every install attempt. Had to refund, which was simple, so I'll watch updates and test it once more after aome maturity. Error 910, no another debug details given.

A Google user: Man... I hate to give this such a low rating as I loved the console/PC ver and was looking forward to the VR experience, but this is really awful. The resolution is super low and strains your eyes. I can VR all day long but 20 mins in and I had a screaming headache and my eyes were tired from straining to see. The found notes are also unreadable. Zooming in is clunky and even when zoomed all the method are hard to read. And yes, before you ask, I have decent eyesight and don't wear glasses.

Gareth RJ Edwards: Jump scares fine but just going from room to room without really knowing what's going on as text is almost impossible to read

sirvz: I'm really disappointed that this mini game doesn't have various movement options. It feels like a point and click mini game. It takes away a lot of scare factor for me unlike it's PC ver. I receive it that people are prone to motion sickness but there's people like myself that are immune or gotten use to it. Every vr mini game needs to have control options to fit everyone's preference. But they already have my cash so they wouldn't care.

Michael Hileman: The Camera rig is not right on this one, heavy eye fatigue. I'm running a Pixel 2 XL with Daydream View. Also the portal-based movement is not immersive at all. The dev could have a look at the Daydream Elements try apk and consider adopting the "Tunneling" movement presented. It's too awful because the content looks good, I'll hold an eye to see if they modernize.

Eric Bresnahan: On Google Pixel 2 xl with Daydream, awful experience. I own PlayStation VR as well and this is the only VR mini game that has given me an instant headache. Cross eyed instantly to view it properly.

Michael Basque: HELP! Stuck in an elevator in chapter 5. The elevator gets stuck half method the lights go red and the trap door above me opens up but then there is absolutely nothing to click. I've restart it twice, if this is the end of the mini game getting trapped in an elevator for eternity then I wish my cash back!!! All of my progress was for nothing now. Feels like I wasted my cash.

Zach Van Bibber: The depth in this mini game is horrible. I got through the first chapter and ended with a horrible headache because it was so hard for my eyes to focus because of the horrible depth. Developer, please modernize this with a depth that isn't awful. I'd love to actually play this.

Stephen Ayers: This has awful controls, awful scares, and awful graphics.

A Google user: Display problems create it unplayable on v30. I have a screenshot of how off-center the display is. I was able to create it a tiny better by restricting the apk to 18:9 aspect ratio via LG settings, but it still wasn't aligned right. This is most visible on the loading screen, where the photos aren't even close to aligning (the actual mini game play was a bit better). It's a shame because this looked like something I would have fun.
