  Senior Mac: Everything works fine except for the Level-Up section. I have a GD Momentum toyhauler and it constantly loses communication with the system and the jacks will continue to raise or lower for about a foot until it stops. Almost crushed the back of my truck multiple times. I am standing at the front of the RV when this happens. LCI has been no assist at all. 4/29/19 In response to LCI's posting: YES, I would be willing to provide any info you require. How do I contact you? 5/13/19 - Contacted by LCI and the response was all I should ask for! Fresh hardware sent, installed, and finally everything works as it could have when fresh. I finally got the customer service I wanted in the beginning.

  A Google user: This apk is so convenient. Good to walk around and watch slides come out out in from outside and inside. Some people seemed to have problems on the beginning but LCI seems to be addressing quick. So far no problems with my Grand Design 376th. Works like a charm.

  A Google user: How the heck do you clear this APP from a smartphone when one is finished using it? I have to turn my smartphone off and reset it. That's not cool. Modernize.. Well just allow me tell you how to exit the apk. If swiping across the screen in one direction doesnt reveal your page control.... then swipe across the screen in the "another direction"!!! Heyyy snot my fault, I'm a babyboomer. Also, I fired off an email to the developer and got instant assist. I mean like right now, (A/K/A; pronto.) Thanks Matt.

  Big Guy Little Bikes: Shortly after posting a negative reviews (of the entire system, the apk was awesome) I was asked to email lippert to discuss trouble. I sent them a video of my trouble and they quickly replied. They think it's my router in the camper and are sending me a fresh one. Fast response. Awesome customer service.

  Dave Palmer: 2/12/2020 v3.3 the recent modernize is working well. The Bluetooth problem has been corrected and I am a satisfied camper. 10/22/19 v3.1.3 did fix the crashing problem but the devises still are on and off line a few times before they work. I turned off the Bluetooth like before while troubleshooting and that corrects it. I only use the Bluetooth in the truck so for me it is not a large problem. Lipert is working on the Bluetooth problem. !0/17/19 updated to 3.1.2 and continually receive a notice that One Control has stopped. Now I can't use it at all?????? Modernize 9/10/19 Things have gotten worse, with the recent modernize the leveling icon do not function at all, very disappointed. I did just reach out to customer service once more, we will see! Modernize from post below. I installed a fresh gateway and it helped but it still does not stay connected. My awning will begin and stop, going on and offline. There is a lot of waiting for it to reconnect. I do use it knowing it may take some time. The main coach control panel has never failed and is fairly fast once the ICONs settle down from the animation. I contacted Lippert help because the APP was not staying connected and the awning would begin and stop and begin with the previous modernize. Lippert had me do a hard begin with the WIFI and it helped a tiny on begin up but not the function. Now with the fresh ver 2.8.5 it takes a while to connect and then the awning is offline more than on and the leveling is the same. I had a mate load it on his iPhone and it works ok. So, the same ver works better on the iPhone than it does on the Android device ver. The apk worked ok a year ago and has had problems with each modernize. I guess I need an iPhone.

  Cliff Thomson: Lots better than the previous ver. Connects well and does not drop out as previous ver. Good for set up and take down. I moved the receiver down in the cabinet to let the antenna to be straight up. Holding the smartphone so it is up appears to have fixed the dropped signal. Too awful the screen doesn't rotate. It's nice coming home and turning on all lights before getting out of the truck. One large advantage is clearing leveling faults without having to go in the trailer.

  Edd505 P: With all the negatives below the common sense thing to do would be to release the old ver until they figure out what is going on with the fresh one. That too easy? Instead leave the non working apk up so everyone can complain. They updated the old apk that worked with the fresh improved, now it will not even connect to my RV. This apk is useless. FIXED!

  Edward McFeaters: Does not work. Crashes on begin up after the latest 2 or so updates. Please fix this or allow me install an older ver. 10/14/19 modernize A lot of thanks to LCI for the reponse and modernize. This modernize seems to have fixed the apk. I have installed it and inspected about half of it. So far everything I've tried works. I was able to do the set up except for the set up acc and remote ops, but I don't really care about that. I need to see a manual or receive some instructions on that. More later.

  Kirk Stanford: Took too long for validation email to arrive. Will modernize after email is validated and apk is used. The previous ver didn't require email or another private info and worked using a PIN, router ID and password. I suspect info is being gathered for marketing. Increased rating from 1 to 4 stars. Better GUI than previous ver. Time will tell.

  Earl Zeis: The latest two or so updates has caused the apk to lock up when accessing my ground control 3.0 when trying to use the smartphone apk with the leveling system. It will be fine for a bit but freeze. I reset the apk and it works ok till I access the leveling functions. Rest of the apk functions works awesome.

  Linda Clements: When we first purchased the RV it works good. This is the second time we have used it and it no longer connects to the apk. No matter what I test. My password has not changed yet it will not connect. The panel went out today and I had to go to the park office to receive a paperclip so I should hit the restart button and thankfully the panel came back to life but because the apk does not work I would have been dead in the water without the paper clip.

  lynda Janice: I only have ability to work 4 things: stabilizer, awning, awning lights and slide. The awning lights don't work. Once i am set up there is no reason to have the apk. It would be very convenient to turn lights on from smartphone or check monitor panel.
