  Craig Foster: Simple to use, well designed I am a clerk and use this apk to report any problems with the multiple facilities we use in our singles ward (since we don't have our own basic building) and it is incredibly player friendly and I've noticed faster response times than before. It is also more convenient to use right at an activity or meeting on my smartphone while we are there instead of trying to remember to call headquarters the next day. It walks you through everything you need to do step by step and is very simple to use.

  Brent W Byington: But what about the pictures? Samsung Galaxy Note 5: I've been using this apk for most of the latest year or so and love it. However, when I switched to my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 it now says "Take a image is not supported on this device". I really think the images can be very valuable. Please fix. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. This is a unbelievable program otherwise.

One trouble, which is based on my point of view, is starting on the reporting screen has resulted in a lot of a lot of duplicate problems being reported. Please begin on the screen showing active problems, or give us the choice where we wish our "default home screen" to be.

  Kevin Nehring: A really awesome begin I like the ability to report a trouble immediately. My only complaint with the apk is the size of the window for the "description" of the problem. With only three lines showing, a long description of the problem may require a lot scrolling. Because the window is little, I usually end up scrolling the page and not the description.

  Amelia Hansen: Good begin Awesome concept. The church could develop more apks. I couldn't receive the report to submit with pictures attached. Once I removed the pictures, the report submitted just ok. For those having problem submitting email addresses using auto fill...typically auto fill puts a place after your email address causing the email to be rejected. Delete this place and it will agree it.

  Ken Price: Needs ability to filter facilities Awesome apk. Perhaps it would be awesome just to add this capability (FIR) to LDS Programs apk rather than creating a separate apk. Also, request ability to filter out facilities so I don't have to scroll through hundreds of buildings to search my building when looking through begin and closed problems.

  Kathy Barrick: I like the idea of being able to report issues but when I click on Facility, nothing comes up but a blue dot. It goes nowhere and does nothing. I can't submit my trouble without the facility, so it was not useful to me at all. Maybe that will be fixed soon.

  vanclanfam: Not designed for everyone This is probably a good apk, but it isn't designed for general membership (which would be helpful to add in the description). I thought this looked interesting since I know of an problem in our building that I wanted to report to local leadership. Upon installation it wouldn't give me access. It is designed for clerks and another callings that work directly with reporting problems (I'm guessing to church headquarters).

  Phil Uhl: Good program for communicating Our FM group has been very responsive to tickets we've submitted. That alone had been good. There is a trouble using the Android device ver. Inside the Description box you can't move the cursor around easily with your finger so if you need to go back and edit a word you can't receive the cursor back to the end of the sentence.

  Scott Hardy: Validation I can't receive in. The apk says I don't have the correct position in my profile. I checked LDS programs, and it shows that I have the Physical Facilities Representative calling. Maybe the trouble is that calling is not the first one listed??

  Eric Gustafson: I can't use the "Take a image" option. It says "Take a image is not supported on this device". And then after this whenever I choose the "select file" button in order to choose a picture I had to take outside of the apk, nothing happens at all. I have to sign out of the application altogether and then sign back in for it to restart, then I choose the "select file" button and then I'm able to choose a picture taken outside the apk. But I have to be attentive to attach the pictures first otherwise all info is lost. Just a messed up ver of this apk on Google play for Android....very buggy and not well inspected in my opinion.....expect better.

  William Baker: Mismatched languages The main part of the screen is written in English. When you press the menu button in the upper right corner everything is in Spanish. Fortunately I don't have to use the menu option often, but if I did I would be in deep problem due to the fact that I don't read or speak Spanish
