  Anthony Jarrah: I found a login workaround that works for me I'd like to share in case it helps others. The trick that works for me is to turn off WiFi on my smartphone then log in with my offline PIN. Once logged in then turn WiFi on and the apk will connect to the internet. It won't hang on login like it does if you test to log in with your password while connected to WiFi. Hope this works for others as it works for me. No need to uninstall and reinstall every day like some of the complaints recommend. Awesome luck!

  JAVIER ALVAREZ: Before latest modernize it was working ok, now with the Optum login, after you select/fill product/plan and click on next to questionarie it freezes, I have to log off, and uninstall it and intall it back, in order to finish the application, I've to stay hours at Members house to have everything done.

  amy putrino: Wait? What?! Just spoke to a rep for this application at UHC because I was having problems opening this apk. She told me it wasn't meant to be used on a smartphone (android device or iPhone) and it could downloaded onto a smartphone. I used the older ver on this android device smartphone and it worked ok. Too awful that I can't have that ver back. Please rethink this UHC as I don't wish to carry multiple devices to look up a provider or medication.

  Barbara Whidden: After I sign on, the screen is white...any recommendations?? For some reason the download is so slow that I have to begin 2 hours before my appt. Then in freezes in the middle of an apk. Very embarrassing! Went to verizon to be sure not my smartphone. They did message that it says this apk is for phones...??? No another one accessible to download. Very frustrated.

  Susan Peters: I have been told multiple times by PHD to uninstall and reinstall the apk to create it work. Bought a fresh Samsung Tab A to use for AEP but didn't assist, even with it as a smartphone on your list of tablets to work with Lean.

  Alfred Acitelli: Just not stable on Android device platform. Must uninstall and reinstall between appointments. Typically apk freezes prior to login; difficulty in enrolling in AARP membership. Once it works apk is very clean and simple to use, and I think its a unbelievable model for another carriers to use. Aetna, Medico apks too detailed, inflexible. Lean (when working) is quite awesome.
