  Lauren: If you are about to sign up, stop what you're doing. Do not continue. I thought the another reviews were overly worried, and continued to sign up. They are charging me $300 to cancel even though it's just because I don't use the service. This is not like your one medical subscription or what have you. The doctor didn't wish to schedule appointments with me, he just told me to read a ebook on weight loss instead of explaining himself concisely. don't use steadymd.

  David Felts: Absolutely horrible service! I used it for a month and canceled because everything in their marketing was a lie. They matched me up with a doctor who was condensending and complained about me using the platform in the method it was advertised. The doctor had a full time practice outside of Steady MD and used Steady MD as a side gig. He also blocked off his calendar so I should never schedule a follow-up same day appointment like the service advertised I should. This service is such a sham.

  Cathie York: The staff just doesn't know how to handle referrals or setting up imaging. Labs are not done at a hospital but an outside facility and their aren't a lot of places around so be prepared to travel. The doctor I had blamed everything on anxiety was all around just rude, blocked off her schedule and only scheduled when she thought I required an appointment and seemed annoyed when I requested one. Would not suggest if you have any chronic problems that need attention.

  Skyler Quarnberg: Create sure you cancel within your 30 days. Its a year deal and after the first month you are stuck in the deal at 100 a month. Good option if you dont have insurance. If you do plan on getting referred to someone else and limited contact except when you test and cancel. The Dr I have was helpful and I was happy with service in a jam but unsatisfied with the whole year thing.
