  David Young: The newsletter sign-up never goes away, and I can't download any literature. It says it's downloading, and then nothing. Searching for parts works fine but I can call back to the office for that if I have to. I NEED the ability to download literature, since a call to tech help is usually accompanied by 10-20 mins of keep melody. Extremely, extremely disappointing

  Patrick Morris: So. Slow. Click, wait, wait, load. Needs much refining to receive to the moderate usefulness of the previous apk. Loads slower than mobile web. Fresh apk is just laggier ver of mobile web and nothing more. Probably better off just using mobile browser and at least allow it save your login and load better. Both mobile and apk format screen poorly, having double headers and a prompt for a newsletter entry that covers half the screen.

  The older ver of this apk worked good, I was able to locate the catalog number quicker and created ordering parts much less of a hassle, but since the updated apk has come out it takes forever to load, I can't even receive to the login screen.. I wait a few mins and give up because there's no need to waste my time waiting for a load screen when I can call the local supply house to receive the reply I'm looking for. I've never held Lennox in high regard and the fact that most people writing awful reviews are about the crappy modernize that created this good apk just awful proves that Lennox doesn't seem to care much fixing their issues. You had a awesome thing going for a while before things stopped working but I guess that's ok because your equipment likes to do the same thinng.

  Jeremy Miller: Once good, now garbage As a Lennox tech I used your apk frequently in the field. It was straight forward, simple to use and one of the best Manufacturer apks out. You have turned it into a steaming pile of slow unusable garbage. Someone could be fired for incompetence. And I'm not talking a cordial firing either, I'm talking safety comes and grabs them from their desk, drags them out the front door and tosses them into the road in hopes there's traffic that can't quite stop quick enough firing. Good job.

  Scott B: The mobile ver of the Lennox pros site gives you an annoying and often accidentally clicked button directing you to this apk. This apk is often unusable. Trying to use residential match up program and it just opens a ver of the screen I'm on with menu button and everything within the apk. It's like a mirror of frustration that goes on forever. Fix it please or match up equipment in price ebook like EVERYONE ELSE!

  Grant McVay: Very slow and missing data I can't access the iComfort panel to check on all my iComfort Thermostats. The apk is so slow and finding technical data is ridiculous. If I can even receive it to begin. This apk has become almost useless and could be an embarrassment to Lennox.
