Repeat the process for each displayed Lithium Package. Complete the configuration with "SAVE". The lithium packs are now permanently paired with the APP and can be controlled remotely.A) Heating mode, remote controlled:============================Select MENU > "HOME" . (middle ICON in the lower MENU BAR) Choose the corresponding part of the body "feet" or "upper body" Set the desired heating level with the slider. During the active mode of the apk, direct operation via the button on the lithium package is locked. If the apk is placed in the background, the direct operation via the button on the lithium package is released again.General======When the lithium package is not connected to any heating product (sock, vest, insole, ...) Samantha Carruthers: Waste of cash I had to buy the apk to have any functionality and now don't know how to receive a refund as the socks are killing my feet. Not sure if it's just my feet of if I have a awful pair but no awesome for me.

Susan Smith: Not worth what I paid I paid and got the apk but it's useless. Supposedly there's a video but I can't search it. Nor can I search the manual. The FAQ aren't in English. I can't figure out how to use the apk to send commands to the battery packs. What a waste of cash.

Lisa Pisani: Why would a manufacturer create an apk and product so complicated. It doesn't pair, at least not in the typically easy method, the flashing empties battery with no method to shut it off, and is overall player unfriendly.

Chris Forguson: This apk is functionally useless. It linked to my batteries once then lost the connection and I cannot reconnect. Tried deleting the batteries and re-syncing, tried uninstalling the apk and re-installing. Tried to install an automatic modernize which would not install. Not only is it an insult to force you to buy a $5 apk to receive full functionality from a PREMIUM product but the apk absolutely stinks. If you are considering buying Lenz heated socks so that you will have the functionality this apk is supposed to provide, don't bother. I already returned one pair of socks thinking that the trouble with the apk was a trouble with the bluetooth troops in the battery packs but a second pair also performed the same. I'm using an Android device 7.0 smartphone so maybe it will work on iphones?? Customer service is non-existent. The socks work good but you will have to use the manual buttons to control the heat and remaining battery life will remain a mystery. Truly pathetic.
