at the beginning get the first lightning bolt then press the up key then press side key and up again if you do this a few time's you can get two lightning bolts in the beginning of one run

gosh so sorry extreme left, not right.

if you want to play as a kraken/giant squid, then from beginning go extreme right and you will see a huge circle of krakens(about 15 of them in a circle) Then you stop in the middle of the circle near the three whirlpools and wait. It will take about 5 seconds to become a kraken, then you can go around and eat things(beware islands!!! they're the only thing a kraken can lose a life to)
