  Kaobe Schmeer: Well it's nice to know that I'm not the doing something wrong not being able to receive it to connect to my fresh Lēvo 2 machine. I can't even search anywhere to even attempt to connect em. As much as there is some useful things on it, I'm getting very annoyed or frustrated with the app's list of options. Idk if I'm alone, but my list of options always shows up sorta half doubled with never corrected and delay of proper opening. I absolutely love my machine just want the apk had the same standards.

  James Gilbert: You receive 4 stars for the calculators, and minus 2 stars for the apk that doesn't do what all the ads say it does. I'm a busy person and on the go. Having to return to my levo just to switch from dry cycle to active cycle is BS when you already went to all the problem to contain a wireless connection adapter. Read all your reviews and listen to the players. We wish the remote features back.

  vincent pollinzi: just purchased Levo 2 and so far so awesome except for the mobile apk. a) there are no instructions for initial wireless connection setup b) the apk provides no menu for setting wireless connection, c) its helpful but the wireless connection piece is useless. also to a lot of advertisements...

  Jenn C: I downloaded this apk specifically for the remote wireless connection feature which has now been discontinued and I had to dig to search that out. Since wireless connection is still a thing on your machines I want you would consider allowing us to be able to see how long is left at the current scene even if you can't control it.

  K Milo: Extreme disappointment. I bought the levo 2 and was satisfied to use the apk to control it. Now it's completely disabled with no warning! I tried to contact Levo and after 2 weeks I still haven't gotten a answer. This is the worst "modernize" for their apk they created it almost identical to the site and I can't control the machine with it.

  kathy leigh: I've tried everything to connect to the internet. Directions are useless. There are no videos on how to connect. I don't know if it's defective or the apk just sucks. Getting ready to return if Levo doesn't receive back to me soon. If you're buying to be able to control from your smartphone I recommend you save your cash.

  Relb Dee: Am I freaking TRIPPIN'?? The only reasonI purchased this Levo II was so I should have fun using the APP to control the device remotely!!! After trying AND TRRYYYIIIIINNG!! for 2 days now... I've figured out this apk used to be controlled remotely, but no longer functions remotely!! Oh well at least it decarbs & infuses well! And ZO SMELL AT ALL until you dump out the flower

  Brian Nystrom: Because the WiFi function wasn't being widely used, you just scrap that functionality entirely...without warning. Had you alerted any of your customers this was event, maybe some would be more accepting of this. Minus that, however, leaves me with only one conclusion: you aren't customer focused.   Tanisha Myers: The FTC Act might need to be enforced! Let's begin with they have the worse customer service. Took 3 months for them ship my levo2 but 5 mins for them to take the cash, and only offered a Oh well, they didn't care at all. Once received I was satisfied to use the apk to control it. The original apk no longer works at all. This apk (only one accessible from company) the feature is completely disabled with no warning! The wireless control WAS the ONLY reason I chose levo over the another brands.
