  Joe Lazz: Had problem with the "synchronizing manuals" were it would stop loading at a certain percentage. Spoke to Mike at Lexipol and we got it working. Must choose "ALLOW" when it asks for access to files, etc. Works good now. Thanks!

  A Google user: Can't log in with Samsung 8, tried working with tech help and they informed me it's my problem, that they aren't having any issues. It worked with my previous smartphone and now it doesn't on this one. *UPDATE* After approximately a month with limited responses, I did receive a helpful response dealing with my phones cache. I cleared the phones cache and the apk is working now.

  Chad Karlewicz: Apk is useless as it will not sync manuals. When logging in, the sync process begins and then inevitably gets stuck at different points. Sometimes 38%, sometimes 51% etc. Even after trying for 8 hours, it will not complete the sync process and therefore I can never access the manual from the apk.

  Warren Thompson: Based on the reviews, it appears this apk is working ok for others. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S6. It took a few tries to load fresh policies, and when they finally loaded, I cannot successfully acknowledge them. A red bar appears at the top with the notice "Unable to acknowledge policy. Please test once more." ***UPDATE*** I'm now having the same "synchronizing manuals" trouble that others are having.

  Tosha Barnett: I have tried a few times to load this apk because I need it for work and it has failed every time. I contacted the IT department a few times, they advise they would look into it and receive back to me. Every time I talk to them they took down my name my email address and I have never heard back. I had this on my latest smartphone it worked. I'm very disappointed that they do not have their apk updated enough to work on my fresh smartphone. I have a Galaxy S8+ and it does not work. It's very unhappy you call the IT department they say that they will check into things receive back to you And you NEVER hear a thing. This is something I need for my job and it don't even work.
