  Ron Togunov: I don't like how it defaults to sharing images globally. Most of the images there are obviously personal and the default setting (which first time players may not understand) is intrusive.

  Leah Dickens: Every time I test to connect to the LP printer the apk crashes. It takes a few tries before I receive lucky enough that it will work. And so far I cannot receive a hyperphoto to load and print. Been very disappointed with how this product has worked, or lack of!

  Andrea Horeczko: I was very excited to have had a image taken and printed using your product. I downloaded the apk in the hope of showing all my mates and family and trying to convince them we could buy one, but the apk would say something about adding magic to the image but NOTHING would happen. I tried a few times on a few various devices and in various lighting but nothing would bring it to life.

  James Mackie: It prints pictures but the augmented reality simply DOES NOT WORK. Android device 7 on a Note 8. It's awesome at making you look like a crazy person taking a picture of a picture. There developers could recall the product and problem refunds for false advertising. I'll be returning mine and getting the HP Sprocket. At least they're an established company and not this hokey guy who's response is always "well it works for me". Quite frankly you can take your idea and shove it up your ass if you can't receive it to work. And if it is only "optimized" for certain phones it could be on the packaging. Not in the ok print buried in the middle of the manual. Dishonest false advertising. Also contacting the BBB.

  Kelly Pina: It sucks my printer was working ok then all of a sudden it won't print, I send the pics to the printer from the apk and it says it's connected to the printer and the printer will create a sound like it's going to print then no image comes out. I have restart the printer 6 times and even Uninstalled the apk. I don't know what the trouble is!

  Isaac Koons: Since this latest modernize the printer does not work. Says connected but shows that there was an upload error every time I test to print something. When I used my girlfriends smartphone to attempt a print it won't even let her to register an acc.
